Town of Landis Planning & Zoning

The Town of Landis Planning and Zoning Department is staffed by N-Focus Planning. The Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the Unified Land Development Ordinance, as well as reviewing all applications for land development. The Planning and Zoning department created the Town of Landis 2040 Comprehensive Land Use Plan that will help navigate the future land development for the Town. Along with Planning and Zoning, N-Focus provides Code Enforcement for the Town of Landis.
