THE TOWN OF LANDIS BOARD OF ALDERMEN

SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

 

Notice is hereby given that under N.C. G.S. §160A-71(b)(1), Mayor Meredith Bare Smith has called a Special Meeting of the Board of Aldermen for Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 4:00 P.M. to be held in the Town of Landis Board Room located at Town Hall, 312 S. Main Street, Landis NC.

The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and take any actions necessary on the Power Purchase Agreement between Central Electric Power Cooperative, Inc., and North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1.
