PUBLIC LEGISLATIVE HEARING NOTICE
The Town of Landis will conduct a public legislative hearing on a proposed development agreement for property owner by Nest Communities, LLC containing 13.677 acres, more or less, located north of N Ryder Avenue and east of N Upright Street in the Town of Landis, North Carolina, such Property being identifiable as Rowan County property identification numbers 109 149 and 133 165. The Mayor and Board of Aldermen invite you to attend a public legislative hearing to share your comments. The hearing will be held Monday, March 20, 2023, 6:00 PM at the Landis Town Hall, 312 South Main Street, Landis, NC 28088. The Development Agreement is available for inspection in the office of the Town Clerk and online at www.townoflandisnc.gov prior to the hearing date. Hearing impaired persons requiring assistance should contact the Town Clerk (704) 857-2411 at least 24 hours prior to the hearing to request special accommodations.
