Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, the lobby at Town Hall will be closed to the public. Payments can be made the following ways: 

1. Town Hall walk-up window 
2. Drop box on the side of Town Hall (checks and money orders only, please) 
3. Call Town Hall at 704-857-2411, press 1, then press 1 again to get Utility Services 
4. Go online and make your utility payments. 

To make your payment online, go to TownofLandis.com, click on Utility Bill Pay, click on Pay My Utility Bill Online, then follow the directions. 

To start new service, please call Town Hall to make an appointment. We will be letting people inside to set up service. We ask that you wear a mask inside.
