Firewater Fee

A letter is being sent to the customers that use firewater for servicing fireline and fire pool systems.

The Town of Landis is implementing a Firewater fee for firewater service to cover the costs associated with servicing fireline and fire pool systems. Firewater customers will be assessed a monthly fee of $47.50 for Firewater service along with standard usage charges as of July 1, 2022. This change has been reflected in the proposed budget for the Town to be reviewed on June 13, 2022. Please direct any questions to Utility Services at Town Hall. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Call 704-857-2411, press 1, or send an email to utilityservices@townoflandisnc.gov. A lack of response within 30 days of this mailing will be considered acknowledgement of the changes and acceptance of continued service.
