Nestled in the Piedmont of North Carolina, Landis has a population of 3,803 as of the 2023 Census. With an emphasis on outdoor adventure, Landis is proud to offer a wide variety of recreational activities that will allow citizens to create everlasting memories with their families. Each year, citizens enjoy town-sponsored events that include car shows, Easter egg hunts, summer movie showings, farmer’s markets, fall festivals, and Christmas festivities. Citizens can enjoy a day in the sun, play Disc Golf, fish, kayak, or go camping at Lake Corriher Wilderness Park. During the summer months, the town pool is open for a refreshing dip with family and friends.

Over the past few years, due largely in part to the establishment of the NC Research Campus, the Town of Landis has seen a growth in housing.
