Saturday is expected to be the most impactful, with snow and ice throughout the day and night

Temperatures will remain below freezing through Monday

Extremely cold temperatures are expected Monday night

Travel could become very difficult or dangerous if significant icing occurs

Power outages are possible, with forecasts showing up to 1 inch of ice in some areas
