🚧NOTICE: TRAFFIC ADVISORY –
Irish Creek Phase 1🚧

Carolina Site Works has notified the Town that paving will begin throughout Irish Creek Phase 1 as they near completion of this phase.

🚧Paving is expected to begin Monday, April 27th.

Please note, this project is privately funded and is not funded by the Town of Landis. Upon completion, Irish Creek Phase 1 roadways and private utilities are expected to be deeded to the Town.

🚗Residents and motorists should expect temporary delays or brief road closures during paving operations.
